My wife and I had a recent need for some legal help and I can tell you that Jeff Hampton and his staff (Trish Wells for one) are top notch and they went out of the way to provide us with a personal touch to the point they always put us at ease while dealing with a sensitive matter and they kept us positive for a favorable outcome. (Which did happen)
Would highly recommend Jeff and the firm to anyone who is seeking legal help and want to feel confident that they made the right choice. :)
I got popped by TSA at DFW when an agent found a small amount of marijuana in my carry on bag that I carry my shakers in when I was on my way to play a festival in Arkansas. He called the cops and they arrested me for a petty misdemeanor charge of possession of less than 2 ounces of weed and booked me into the airport jail. The bail was $200, which I had on me, but you cannot post it at the airport jail, it has to be posted in Fort Worth. Somehow my people in New York found Jeff Hampton on line and called and made arrangements for him to bail me out and represent me. I was out by 5 PM and caught the last flight of the day back to New York. When they finally filed the charges the DA was questioning why i wasn;t charged with the cookies they found, which is a felony in Texas. When they finally brought the felony charges Jeff gave me solid advice and arranged a walk-thru and bailed me out on that charge. Jeff was relentless in getting me a good deal and, after many delays on the states part, he arranged for me to plead guilty to the original petty misdemeanor charge and be sentenced to the day I spent at the airport jail (and I had to pay court costs, of course). If you have ANY legal problems at all in the DFW area I highly recommend that you hire Jeff to handle it. He will give you his all, and his all is awesome.
Sharon Fulgham is smart, responsive, thorough and complete. Sharon was highly recommended to us, and in hindsight, she was the perfect choice for legal representation.
